Valiance Resilience Analytics uses a clear, formula-based pricing approach so you can budget with confidence before you commit. All prices start from a base fee and are adjusted using the U.S. Department of Commerce cost-of-living differential for your location.
Standard resilience consultation fee
The pricing below applies to most engagements focused on risk assessment, preparedness planning, business continuity, disaster recovery, or resilience training.

Pricing formula
Your price is calculated using a fixed base fee plus an adjustment for your local cost of living.
Formula: Final Price = $500 + (100 × Cost-of-Living Differential)
The Cost-of-Living Differential is taken from U.S. Department of Commerce data and reflects relative costs in your region. This keeps pricing consistent and fair across different locations.
Example calculation
Here is a simplified example to show how the formula works. For instance, if the Cost-of-Living Differential for your region is 1.25, the calculation would be: $500 + (100 × 1.25) = $625. These numbers are for illustration only.
- Assume the Cost-of-Living Differential for your region is 1.25.
- The adjustment term is: 100 × 1.25 = $125.
- Final Price = $500 + $125 = $625.
Your actual quote will use the current Department of Commerce differential for your location at the time of scoping.

The formula above sets a transparent starting point. The final quote will also reflect:
- Organization size (staff, facilities, and service area)
- Project complexity (number of sites, partners, and systems involved)
- Type of support (risk assessment, preparedness planning, continuity, recovery, or training)
